• Assist in meeting the Gladstone community’s medium to long term housing needs for moderate to low income households,

• Provide a presence in the local community and expert housing advice and consultancy service,

• Identify key housing priorities and target groups and assist in retaining and promoting settlement of key workers in the region through the provision of affordable housing,

• Maximise housing outcomes achieved for the money invested,

• Work in conjunction with local housing providers to ensure excellent tenancy and property management,

• To engage Gladstone region-based builders, suppliers and contractors wherever possible,

• Work co-operatively with the Gladstone Regional Council and local community organisations.
